MOLDING.
Injection, Compression and Transfer processing using thermoplastic and thermoset resins allows Futuramik extensive possibilities to best serve customer needs. With a range from 30 ton to 1200 ton and multiple daily production shifts, customers can feel confident that their complete line of plastics will be handled by Futuramik facilities.
ENGINEERING.
Our experienced material, design and industrial engineers, working with the customer, create the optimum end products working from their criteria. This process starts with an efficient design and an appropriate raw material selected for the intended end use.
TOOLING.
Creating a new mold or modifying and existing one gives the customer the part required with repeatability. Our personnel offers vast experience and open dialogue to keep the client aware of the time frame to build a mold or get a modification completed and back into production. We work with in- house, local or off-shore toolmakers giving options on how the client wants to proceed after understanding all the issues and information necessary to make an informed decision.
